About Us
Feastmetric is a journal about design, typography and the useful object — built on the Bauhaus idea that form follows function, and that a good grid is worth more than a coat of paint.
We write about the choices behind well-made things: the typeface, the joint, the grid, the colour that was picked on purpose rather than by accident. No moodboards without a reason attached.
What we cover
How we work
Every piece starts from a working object or a working page, not a trend. When we praise something, it is because the function is honest and the form earns its keep — not because it photographs well.
- Function first. Decoration has to justify itself.
- Primary colour, used with intent. Never decorative noise.
- The grid is not optional. Structure is what makes freedom legible.
